ZERO-VISION IN THE BALTIC SEA
The Ports of Sweden and the Swedish Shipowner's Association are together launching the Baltic Sea Position with the long-term objective to reach the EU Commission's zero-vision of negative impact from shipping in the waters of the Baltic Sea.
With common efforts it is possible to combine increased transport on kell, economic growth and welfare with a decreased negative environmental impact from the maritime industry.
The project Baltic Sea Position has launched a website, www.balticseaposition.com, where they present solutions and how they improve the environmental impact.
